Manchester United vs Chelsea Predictions & Betting Tips
Sunday sees Manchester United host Chelsea in the 4:30pm kick-off in the Premier League. After…
It’s time to get excited as it’s Jahn Regensburg v FC Ingolstadt 04. Last season, Jahn Regensburg and FC Ingolstadt 04 played probably the two most beautiful games in the 2. Bundesliga and now they play in the first round of the new season. Both teams have leaky defences and we should take advantage of it.
Regensburg and Ingolstadt are two very attacking-minded teams who don’t seem to care too much about their defence. Their best players are attacking midfielders, wingers and strikers and they take full advantage of it. On top of that, both clubs lost their best central defenders. Last season they played two very exciting games; Regensburg won both: 4-3 and 3-2 and the score could’ve been much higher. Nothing much has changed since then; we predict both teams to score with odds of 1.69 at Betsson.
The club lost its starting centre backs from last season; they sold Marvin Knoll to St. Pauli and Benedikt Gimber returned from loan to TSG Hoffenheim. The replacement players are taken from 3. Bundesliga and need time to adapt, but it’s still questionable if they have the quality needed to play at this level.
They share the same story as Jahn Regensburg. The best central defender, Marcel Tisserand, was sold to VfL Wolfsburg, and his partner at the back from last season, Hauke Wahl, was sold to Holstein Kiel. Aside from these players, holding midfielder, Alfred Morales, also left the club and signed for Fortuna Dusseldorf. The replacement players are nowhere near the same level.
