Finland vs England Predictions & Betting Tips
After a tough 2-1 loss to Greece on Thursday, England face Finland in Matchday 4…
Rangers face their second away trip in a row on Europa League action and they will be eager to bounce back from a late defeat suffered against Young Boys last time. The Scottish side has claimed three points from a possible six and look to have a real job on their hands here to avoid going 1-2-0. Here are our top Porto v Rangers betting tips and predictions.
Porto prepares for the third match of its Europa League Group G campaign with a similar points total to its opponents. In fact, all four sides in the pool have three points on the board, having won one and lost one of the previous two. That makes things all the more interesting.
It’s important not to fall off the pace at this early stage so we expect to see Steven Gerrard’s Rangers set up defensively and play for the draw. They have every chance to get something last time out but were clumsy in the latter stages and went for the win when they should have protected a point. Young Boys ran up the other end and scored to make it 2-1.
That was a bitter lesson for the light blues squad to learn but learn from it they must if they are to stand any chance of troubling what is a very talented Porto side. To get the win here Rangers need Porto to have one eye on upcoming domestic challenges and field a weakened side. The Gers also need to be at the very top of their game.
The betting has Porto as predictable favourites and you can back the home cheer at 4/9 with William Hill. Rangers is available at 11/2 with the same firm but we’re taking the draw at 7/2.
