It’s the Wimbledon Women’s Quarter Finals…just days away from the women’s final and we now have a clearer idea of who will be there. Having made it look like a relatively simple job, Serena Williams has cruised through to the final 8 competitors. She now needs to face off against unseeded Italian Giorgi to take her place in the semis – where she will have stiffer competition in the form of either K Bertens or J Goerges. If you want to go for a set betting strategy here, then it’s a great time to try as she may well win this match in straight sets again. I wouldn’t bet against it for sure.
Although Williams is clearly the bookmakers favourite to win the title, there are some great odds for twelve seeded Ostapenko at 888sport and also for Cibulkova at BetFred – both of whom have got to the Wimbledon women’s quarter-finals with little trouble.
