Manchester United vs Chelsea Predictions & Betting Tips
Sunday sees Manchester United host Chelsea in the 4:30pm kick-off in the Premier League. After…
The Brazilian Grand Prix sees a third race in as many weeks as the pressure mounts on Max Verstappen and Lando Norris in the all-out battle for the drivers championship.
Another sprint weekend awaits out in Sao Paulo, and those extra points up for grabs will be at the forefront of Red Bull and McLaren’s minds.
Just 47 points separate Verstappen and Norris as we head into the weekend at the Interlagos Circuit.
With the pressure mounting as the season nears its end, this is a weekend that could make all the difference to the driver and constructor standings should the battle between Red Bull and McLaren continue.
While both teams will be hoping for clean races for their title contender drivers, with so much at stake, there is bound to be racing that is on the limits.
Away from the title fight, the recent resurgence of Ferarri is something to keep an eye on after the Italian outfit won the previous two Grand Prix.
With Verstappen having won all four of the sprint races so far this season, the three-time world champion is lacking pace and could be at risk of losing his perfect record this time out.
Set to be another three-way battle for the podium, it will be down to McLaren and Ferrari to stop maximum points going to Red Bull and Verstappen.
In what was an action-packed weekend in Mexico last week, Ferrari ultimately came out on top, as Carlos Sainz converted his pole position into a win.
It was crunch time for Verstappen, as the Dutch driver was handed a 20-second time penalty for two separate incidents of what was deemed to be over-the-limit racing against his main title contender.
As a result, despite quickly making his way back up through the field, Verstappen could only finish sixth, while Norris finished second on the podium. The four-place difference sees a 10-point extra gain for Norris over his title rival.
Meanwhile, Sergio Perez struggled in his home race, receiving a five-second time penalty and struggling to make his way through the pack. The Mexican finished 17th out of 20 drivers.
There was also drama between RB’s Liam Lawson and Perez as the New Zealand driver bids to take the Mexican’s seat at Red Bull next season.
The first Brazilian Grand Prix took place back in 1973, where the home fans got to enjoy three home wins in a row as Emerson Fittipaldi and Carlos Pace secured the wins in 1973, 1974, and 1975, respectively.
The Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, more commonly referred to as Interlagos, has been designed using inspiration from Brooklands in the United Kingdom, as well as Roosevelt Raceway in the USA and Montlhery in France.
Featuring the iconic Senna S down to Turn 4, the track features banked corners and hills and is run over 71 laps. The oval or bowl-like nature of the track makes for some fantastic viewing from the grandstands.

The Ferrari dominance in the last two races means you can not count them out in spoiling the party for Red Bull and McLaren. This week for my Formula 1 Betting Tips, I am backing Ferrari to dominate, but for Norris to come out on top doing the double.
